Your first name, email address, and city or ZIP code.

If you reserve a place: the same details, plus your phone number and a record of your reservation and payment.

Like any website, our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

Why

To send you updates about Stillgrove Home, to manage your reservation, to call or email you about your consultation and installation, and to process refunds. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising. It is stored with the service providers that run our website and send our email, and they may only use it to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again.

Refunds

Your $250 reservation is fully refundable at any time, for any reason, until it is credited toward your final price. Email dalton@stillgrovehome.com to request a refund.

Deletion

Email dalton@stillgrovehome.com and we'll delete your record.
