Does my voice ever leave my house?

No. Speech is processed on the private core inside your home: either your own computer (Signature) or the Waystone (Residence and Estate). Nothing is sent to a cloud service for transcription.

Is Willow listening all the time?

The stones listen for the wake word locally, the way a friend at the dinner table listens for their name. Only after 'Hey Willow' does anything get transcribed, and even then your voice stays inside your home.

You do not. There is nothing to log into. No email required, no password, no profile.

Does anything ever leave my home?

Your voice never leaves your home. Your conversations, your routines, and your home's life stay inside. When Willow fetches the weather or reads a news briefing, your home reaches out the way a browser does, anonymously, with no accounts, and only for connections you've chosen to enable. What may go out: a weather lookup, a news briefing. What never goes out: your voice, your conversations, your home's data, anything about you.

Is the care plan a subscription?

No. The Estate care plan is a service relationship, not a subscription. It is an ongoing arrangement with the person who cast and installed your stones. Nothing you own ever needs a monthly payment to keep working. If you end the care plan, nothing turns off.

Are there any subscriptions?

Nothing to rent, ever. You pay once at installation and the house is yours. Estate clients may keep an optional care relationship with the person who built their stones: a service relationship, not a subscription. End it, and everything still works.

What data do you collect about me?

Only what you give us to book a consultation: your name and how to reach you. Once the install is done, we hold no data about your home.

Your home keeps working exactly the same. The intelligence runs on your hardware, not ours. There is no server we could turn off that would take Willow down with it.

Yes. Some families keep Willow; some name theirs after a grandmother. Voice and persona are yours to set.

The parts that live in your home (lights, climate, music you own, timers, conversation) keep working. Anything genuinely internet-dependent (looking up tomorrow's weather) waits until the internet is back.
