What an installation involves
Four beats, unhurried.

Private consultation
Forty-five minutes, in your home, no obligation. We walk the rooms, listen to how your family lives, and decide together what makes sense.

Home design
A short proposal: which rooms get stones, which finish suits the palette of the house, where the Waystone lives if it's coming.

Installation day
Planned as a single quiet day for Signature and Residence. We cast your stones ahead of time, arrive with everything, and leave the house cleaner than we found it.

Walkthrough & aftercare
We sit with you and Willow until she feels natural. Then a direct line to the founder, the same person who cast the stones and installed them.
The service relationship
One person, start to finish.
The founder answers the phone. The founder casts the stones. The founder installs them and comes back if something needs adjusting. There is no call center, no ticket queue, no offshore tier-two. That is not a feature we added; it is the shape of the whole company.
A few common questions
How long from consultation to install?
Stones are cast to order. Your proposal will include a firm timeline, not a range.
Do you work with existing smart devices in the home?
Often, yes. Locks, lights, thermostats, and shades from common brands can usually be brought under Willow so you're not juggling three apps. We tell you honestly at the consult what fits and what doesn't.
New construction vs. retrofit?
Both. Stillgrove is designed for existing homes as much as for new construction. For new builds, involve us at the pre-wire stage and we'll do it right the first time. See the notes for builders and designers.
